<Poem>

<Translation>
A marvel is my uncle's governance,
Who had e'er bettered Your Reverence?
The green mountains are wet now after dry,
In Baishui the rains unceasingly ply.
Heaven answers to your prayerful voice,
How people are exultant with great joys!
The land is thirsty in the year of drought,
Today we may sing and drink at a draught!
